Scope of this site
This site offers the "MVO Doc Check & Hosting" service: a formal check of machinery documentation against Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 and stable hosting of published documents. The service is offered to business customers only. The findings are produced by automated systems and do not constitute conformity assessment, risk assessment or legal advice. See the Terms of Service.
Dispute resolution
GiBSeS OÜ does not take part in consumer dispute-resolution procedures, as the service is not offered to consumers. The EU online dispute-resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is therefore not applicable.
