A consultant takes days. A new translation does not tell you where the error was. The automatic check reads the manual of your machine in every language and flags, with page and sentence, the safety warnings that are missing or say something else in the translations, and the information required by EU law that is not there. 290 € per manual, within 24 working hours. From 20 January 2027 the new EU machinery law applies (Regulation (EU) 2023/1230).

What we check and what we do not

We check the manual, not the machine. This is not a certification: the manufacturer remains responsible for the machine and the manual. It does not replace the risk analysis of the machine that the manufacturer must do by law. It does not say whether what is written is technically right.

What we do not do: we do not check the machine, we do not translate, we do not write the manual.

Frequently asked questions

What do you need from us?: The PDF of the manual with selectable text: one file per language or a single file with every language. Scans (image-only PDFs) cannot be read.
How long does it take?: The report arrives within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9–17 Estonian time) from the moment we have your files and payment. The time is indicative. The free check usually arrives within minutes.
What if you find nothing?: We tell you, and the report says so. Zero problems is a valid result. It is still a check of the manual, not a judgement on the machine.
Who reads our documents?: Only our automatic system. Your files go through language-model providers under business terms that forbid using them for training; nobody else receives them. Files and reports are deleted 90 days after delivery, unless a manual-online subscription is active.
Can we get a refund?: Yes: within 14 days, no questions asked, on the same payment method, for every check. The manual online is refunded in proportion to the days. Details in the refund policy.
How does invoicing work?: Business customers only. Invoice by email after payment via Stripe (card or SEPA). No VAT with a valid EU VAT number outside Estonia; otherwise Estonian VAT is added.
